Prompt: Write about a moment when you had to step out of your comfort zone.

At 16, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try drawing, something I had never really pursued before. I had always admired other people's artwork but felt too intimidated to start my own. One afternoon, I found myself standing in front of a blank sketchbook, unsure where to begin. I picked up a pencil and started with a simple line, unsure of how it would turn out. As I continued drawing, I felt a sense of accomplishment despite the imperfect lines. Over time, my confidence grew as I experimented with new techniques, and I found myself enjoying the process more than I had anticipated. Starting this new hobby allowed me to embrace vulnerability and creativity, showing me that stepping out of my comfort zone can lead to unexpected growth.

Today we read chapters 10-11 and answered questions and also wrote a letter.
